Radical Futures Consulting, LLC is an equity and inclusion consulting firm that provides coaching, training, equity audits, and facilitation services to organizations engaged in education and social justice work. We strive to model how a rigorous, values-centered change process can generate transformative outcomes for organizations, folks on the frontlines, and the communities they serve.
